Services

the process

Following the initial contact, we can arrange a home/virtual visit to provide clients with additional information as well as answer any further questions. In addition, we are able signpost individuals to relevant charities and organisations for complementary support where relevant.

We are able to advise of support and mobility equipment available from the local authority, to enable one to access potential funding and remain at home for as long as possible.

If you wish to proceed with us, we will then arrange to carry out an in depth assessment within your home, and endeavour to match clients with carers, based on preference and complexity of care needs. We are committed to continually improving, and complete regular reviews to ensure client's satisfaction.
